The Arcteryx Norvan SL is one of our best rain jackets. While it’s not specifically designed for sea kayaking, it’s still a great jacket to use in rainy conditions. We tested the jacket out on our West Coast Vancouver Island paddle, paddling over 20 miles in the Broken Islands in non-stop rain.
