The first course, Lobster with Quinoa, Orange, and Salsa Verde, is a mouth-watering appetizer.

The SKAI cocktail and champagne brunch is held every Saturday and costs $178++ per person. The set menu features a selection of house wines and signature cocktails, including Taittinger Brut Reserve. The menu includes the popular Minuty M and the SKAI x Pol Roger Champagne Pairing Dinner.

If you’re craving a steak or a seafood dish, there are unlimited options on the Skai restaurant menu. For the price of a regular plate, you get unlimited seafood, steak, or chicken. And if you want to try something a little different, you can choose unlimited plated dishes and unlimited triples.
