Customer service is terrible.

Customer service is atrocious at Ashton Woods. They have no idea how to handle warranty or refund requests for damage to your new home. They don’t even care that your new house is damaged and doesn’t meet your expectations! Instead, Ashton Woods wants you to pay on time each month!

Building quality is poor.

Ashton Woods Homes recently won Lifestory Research’s “Most Trusted Building in America” award for the second year. The survey surveyed 40,000 new home shoppers to see which builders were trustworthy. Respondents cited Ashton Woods as the most trusted builder in the Houston area.
